Hello Everypony!      Registration for this season of Relay For Life is now OPEN so please register and join our team here: http://main.acsevents.org/goto/poniesforlife   This is not a requirement, but I highly encourage you to join because you can earn RL rewards along with the whole team for helping reach our goal! By registering, tools outside of Second Life (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) will available to you immediately and you can start accepting donations for the team from friends, colleagues, and family right away! Other than that, you'll have to wait until Kick-off in February to start accepting donations using the in-world tools. ♥         And starting on Thursday February 12 and every Thursday until June 11, from 7pm-9pm SLT , we will begin our Ponies For Life Themed Contests at  Fauna  with DJ Nuku kindly taking donations for the American Cancer Society in lieu of tips!   This season has started off with a bang even before Team Registration has officially opened for RFL of Second Life which is next week Thursday, January 15th! Yesterday, the newly redesigned American Cancer Society Island, complete with the new track and info center buildings was warmly welcomed with a proper speech and ribbon cutting ceremony. After the Ribbon Cutting, Relayers took our places as we filmed the annual First Lap within the new ACS Headquarters build. We ended the day with the Margaritaville Mixer, a festive party and meet and greet to get us all hyped for the upcoming season and theme, Wild For a Cure! We will keep you posted as soon as the Relay For Life of Second Life's First Lap video is ready to be premiered to the public!
